We work with international clients who want a considered, well-supported route into Japan — whether to own, invest, live, or build something longer term.

Start with purpose

Explore owning in JapanInvest
For clients whose primary objective is financial: income, appreciation, long-term rental, value-add or development. The right investment market is not always the most famous destination.
Explore investing in JapanLive
For clients moving to Japan, retiring here, buying a primary residence, or spending substantially more time in the country. The lens is where your life will work well.

How we work
Ready Group Japan works on the buyer's side: we begin with the client's objectives, then search the markets that fit them and coordinate the Japanese-language process from first conversation to settlement and beyond.
Searches run nationally — Tokyo, resort regions, Kyoto, Osaka, Fukuoka and beyond — through a bilingual team and grounded local partners. We are not tied to one geography or a fixed inventory, so the client's brief leads the search.
Honest conversations
We discuss these openly. The right balance depends on the client, not on the listing.
Some clients move quickly; others take years. Japan rewards patient, well-prepared decisions, and we are comfortable at either pace. A first conversation commits you to nothing beyond a clearer next step.
Our foundation
Ready Group Japan was founded by foreign buyers who followed their own path from frequent visitors to property owners in Japan. That experience taught us both the appeal and the complexity of buying and owning here as a foreigner.
Today, a bilingual local team supports every engagement — bridging the practical gaps international clients face across language, contracts, local coordination, and ownership setup.
